Job description

What you can expect

• You are a competent contact person for internal and external customers.
• You support the team with payment clarifications, complaints and correspondence.
• You process the compliance and fraud filter and ensure that all payments are processed correctly.
• Do you enjoy processing outgoing and incoming non-EU payments? You also have the necessary orders and the resulting follow-up tasks.
• You will process your own incoming inquiries and correspond on behalf of our customers by e-mail and telephone.

What you bring with you

• You have a degree in payment and payment transactions or an equivalent qualification with relevant experience as a payment clarifier.
• You are familiar with national and international payment service providers.
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in payment transactions.
• The fact that Akonto and DMP Payment have already been introduced is an advantage.
• You are able to work under pressure and have the ability to work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• You already have experience in payment transactions.
