Job description

Tasks

• You are the competent contact person for internal and external customers in payment transactions.
• You will process the compliance and fraud filter and forward relevant cases to prevent fraud and minimize corruption risks.
• Your responsibilities will include processing dubious and received non-STP payment transactions, as well as the resulting follow-up work.
• You will independently process technical information and correspond with our partner banks via email, telephone, and/or SWIFT.
• Your cooperation and expertise contribute to testing processes and optimizing them with the teams.

Requirements

• You have experience in all aspects of processing incoming payments and payment transactions for a bank.
• You are familiar with banking and international payment processes. Knowledge of SWIFT and experience in the area of investigations are helpful.
• It would be advantageous if you already have experience in AML (clarifications) and STP processes. Flexibility and a strong awareness of quality characterize your daily work.
• Your strengths lie in handling internal and external inquiries and working independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
