What you can expect

• You are a competent contact person for internal and external customers in the area of payment transactions, clarifications, complaints and corrections.
• You work on the compliance and fraud filter and make a valuable contribution to fraud prevention and handling together with your team.
• Clearing outgoing and incoming non-STP payment transactions is one of your tasks, as are the resulting follow-up tasks.
• You will independently process inquiries and correspond with our partner banks via SWIFT, e-mail and telephone.
• You will contribute your cooperation and know-how to the testing of Avaloq and its peripheral systems.

What you bring with you

• You have experience in the operational processing of incoming and outgoing payments for a bank.
• You are familiar with national and international payment services, SWIFT knowledge and experience in the area of research are helpful.
• Experience in Avaloq and GMP Finastra as well as in testing core banking systems would be an advantage.
• Your strengths include the ability to work under pressure, mental flexibility and a pronounced awareness of quality.
• You are enthusiastic about working in a team, as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• You show willingness for personal development and commitment to question existing processes on your own initiative, to identify and record optimization potential.
• A good command of written and spoken German and English is essential for our international payment flows, and your communication skills will round off your profile.
