Payment transaction clerk - clarifications

Job description

Tasks

• You will provide competent technical support for internal and external customers in payment transactions and ensure that internal and external inquiries, complaints and correspondence are processed.
• You process the compliance and fraud filter and ensure that fraud prevention and processing is guaranteed.
• Processing outgoing and incoming non-STP payment transactions is one of your tasks. You will also check the resulting errors.
• You will independently process inquiries and correspond directly with our partner banks by e-mail and telephone.
• Your cooperation and your know-how are with you when testing effects and their impact.

Requirements

• You have experience in the operational initiation of payment transaction products and payment processing at a bank.
• You are familiar with national and international payment service providers (SWIFT, SEPA etc.).
• It is an advantage if you have professional training in commercial and GMP research and are willing to help.
• You have already gained experience with specialist applications in payment transactions and are familiar with complex topics.
• You are able to work under pressure, have a strong awareness of quality and have excellent analytical skills.
