Job description

Tasks

• You are a complete specialist for internal and external payment transactions.
• You will work on the compliance and fraud filter and, if necessary, guide internal teams in a target-oriented manner.
• The processing of outgoing and incoming non-STP payment instructions is one of your tasks, as well as the resulting follow-up tasks.
• You will independently process inquiries and correspond with our partner banks by e-mail and telephone.
• Your employee and know-how strength helps you to learn about requirements and solve them with the teams.

Requirements

• You have experience in the operational booking of payment transaction instructions and are up to date.
• You are familiar with national and international payment standards and are familiar with payment transactions in Switzerland.
• The already completed introduction to Akonto and GMP (Gestion Messages Paiements) is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills are essential for our international payment transactions, initial experience in payment transactions is a plus for you.
