SALES, CROSS-ASSET STRUCTURED PRODUCTS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Cross-Asset Structured Products team who brings an established network of institutional relationships and is eager to further expand it. In this role, you will manage and expand institutional client relationships and structure customized investment solutions across various asset classes in partnership with our trading and financial engineering departments.

Tasks

• Management and development of a broad institutional client base
• Acquiring new clients
• Sales of structured products and derivative transactions across various asset classes to institutional clients
• Sales of Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) and the Leonteq Lynx app platform—our market-leading, multi-issuer marketplace
• Structuring customized products in close collaboration with the pricing departments, through to execution, rebalancing, and reporting in Trading, Financial Engineering, and other internal departments
• Responsibility for certain administrative tasks related to booking
• Monitoring of transactions, including coordination with other departments such as Sales Support, Product Services, and the mid- and back-office

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the sales of structured products and/or derivatives, with a proven track record and an established network of institutional client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, practical approach with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong commitment to results
• Teamwork, combined with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English and German
