**Sales Development Representative**

Taurus is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in São Paulo, Brazil, to support the sales team in assisting sales and account executives with inbound and outbound calls. The SDR will work closely with account executives to move qualified leads through the sales cycle while qualifying customer needs.

Tasks

  • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is part of our sales team and is responsible for supporting the sales and account executives with inbound and outbound calls.
  • During their time at Taurus, the Sales Development Representative is responsible for the following tasks:
    • Work closely with account executives to move qualified pipelines through the sales cycle
    • Developing a perspective on how customer needs can be qualified
    • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
    • Learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections
    • Managing a high number of inbound leads with a lead prioritization strategy
    • Research and understanding of different business areas and personas
    • Participation in events and conferences, networking

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration or engineering
  • Previous internships or two years of full-time experience in corporate sales; B2B software sales experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is an advantage
  • Competitive focus and drive for results
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
  • Coachable and willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Above-average organizational skills and attention to detail
