Sales Director South America
Taurus is looking for an experienced Sales Director for South America to drive sales of digital assets and custody solutions in Brazil and the region. The new employee will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships and supporting the growth of the company.
Job description: Sales Director South America
Tasks
- Work closely with the sales team to carry out the following activities:
- Proactively win new customers and execute technology deals to grow Brazil and the South American region while managing all sales interactions and pipelines through the Taurus CRM
- Search for and coordinate RFIs/RFPs with interested parties and Taurus
- Prepare, manage and follow up on sales calls and demonstrations
- Conducting negotiations on the conclusion of new customer technology deals
- Internal coordination with product teams, including sales handover and product gap feedback
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a fast-growing FinTech start-up is an advantage
- Strong interest in proactive commercial interaction, building a business and developing technology in line with rapid market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or digitization of financial markets
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong experience and existing relationships with C-level financial institutions in the region
