Sales Director South America
The Sales Director South America is responsible for proactively selling digital asset infrastructure solutions to financial institutions in Brazil and South America. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in sales of financial technology and/or FinTech start-ups.
Job description: Sales Director South America
Tasks
- Work closely with the sales team to carry out the following activities:
- Proactively source and execute technology deals to grow Brazil and the South American region while managing all sales interactions and pipelines through the Taurus CRM system
- Sources and coordination of RFIs/RFPs with interested parties and Taurus
- Preparation, management and follow-up of sales meetings and demonstrations
- Negotiating the conclusion of new customer technology deals
- Internal coordination with product teams, including sales handover and product gap feedback
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in sales within institutional financial technology sales and/or a fast-growing FinTech start-up is an advantage
- Strong interest in proactive commercial involvement, building a business and developing technology in line with rapid market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or financial market digitization
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong experience and existing relationships with C-level financial institutions in the region
