Tasks
- Proactively win new customers and execute technology contracts to grow Brazil and the South American region while managing all sales interactions and pipelines through the Taurus CRM system
- Coordinate RFIs/RFPs with interested parties and Taurus
- Prepare, conduct and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations
- Conduct negotiations on the conclusion of new customer technology contracts
- Internal coordination with product teams, including sales handover and product gap feedback
Requirements
- At least 10 years of sales experience within institutional financial technology sales and/or a fast-growing FinTech start-up
- Strong interest in proactive commercial interaction, building a business and developing technology in line with rapid market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or digitization of financial markets
- Fluent English and Portuguese required, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
- Strong experience and existing relationships with C-level financial institutions in the region
