Sales Director South America
We are looking for a Sales Director for South America to drive sales of digital assets and custody solutions for financial institutions in Brazil and South America. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial technology sales and have a strong network with financial institutions in the region.
Job description: Sales Director South America
Tasks
- Work closely with the sales team to carry out the following activities:
- Proactively win new clients and execute technology deals to grow Brazil and the South American region while managing all sales interactions and pipelines through the Taurus CRM system
- Coordinate RFIs/RFPs with interested parties and Taurus
- Prepare, conduct and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations
- Conducting negotiations on the conclusion of new customer technology deals
- Internal coordination with product teams, including sales handover and product gap feedback
Requirements
- At least 10 years of sales experience within institutional financial technology sales and/or a fast-growing fintech startup
- Strong interest in proactive commercial interaction, building a business and developing technology in line with rapid market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or digitization of financial markets
- Fluent English and Portuguese required, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
- Strong experience and existing relationships with C-level financial institutions in the region
