The Sales Director South America is responsible for proactively selling digital asset infrastructure solutions to financial institutions in Brazil and South America. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in sales of financial technology and/or fintech start-ups.

- Work closely with the sales team to carry out the following activities:
- Proactively win new clients and execute technology deals to grow Brazil and the South American region while managing all sales interactions and pipelines through the Taurus CRM system
- RFI/RFPs mit Interessenten und Taurus koordinieren und durchführen
- Prepare, conduct and follow up sales meetings and demonstrations
- Conducting negotiations on the conclusion of new customer technology deals
- Internal coordination with product teams, including sales handover and product gap feedback
Requirements
- At least 10 years of sales experience within institutional financial technology sales and/or a fast-growing fintech startup
- Strong interest in proactive commercial interaction, building a business and developing technology in line with rapid market development
- Interest and knowledge in digital assets, cryptocurrencies and/or digitization of financial markets
- Fluent English and Portuguese required, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
