Sales Effectiveness Manager (m/f/d)

Job description

Tasks

• Training of all relevant contact persons in the use of the implemented tools
• Representation of the sales organization in German-speaking Switzerland in cross-divisional projects
• Ensuring efficient and constructive coordination between sales and agency managers
• Harmonization of working methods with French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino
• Co-design and further development of reporting and processes to support smooth sales operations

Requirements

• Higher education in insurance, finance, and/or marketing, or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or the insurance industry
• Very good knowledge of IT tools
• Native German speaker with very good French skills
• Travel skills for the whole of German-speaking Switzerland
