Sales Manager, Intermediaries (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Sales Manager for Intermediaries is responsible for implementing sales activities and supporting Relationship Managers in achieving sales targets. The position requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as experience in the financial industry, particularly in the intermediaries sector.
Tasks
The Sales Manager for Intermediaries is responsible for implementing new sales initiatives and serves as a liaison between the Relationship Managers in a given market and the central Intermediaries team, as well as the product and investment specialist teams. Key responsibilities include:- Implementation and execution of market-specific sales plans to drive financial growth
- Ensuring effective customer retention through regular communication with group and team leaders, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and addressing challenges
- Facilitating customer reviews, account planning, and retention strategies with front-line managers, relationship managers (RMs), and specialists
- Using data analytics to identify upselling opportunities and inform sales decisions
- Collaborate with internal product specialists to help RMs grow the business
- Coaching and development of RMs to help them achieve financial goals, including training and guidance on new products and solutions
- Management of ad hoc tasks related to sales and customer management

Professional and Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly in the intermediary sector
- Ability to implement offers and pricing strategies tailored to target customers
- Master's degree or higher education preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in multi-asset-class sales
- Proficiency in modern banking applications, Microsoft Office, and trading tools such as Bloomberg
