Tasks
- On-board and monetize new customers
- Serving the existing network of bank and broker clients
- Serve customers across the entire product lifecycle and maximize activity with proactive consulting and investment-oriented initiatives
- Increase share of wallet with innovative structured solutions and products
- Ownership of cross-cutting tasks of various task forces - product development, platform project management and new market coverage as well as overall growth contribution
Requirements
- Degree in finance, management, economics, mathematics or natural sciences
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to external asset managers/banks
- Strong interest in financial markets and good understanding of derivative instruments
- Analytical and structured thinking, highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to turn ideas into reality
- A true team mentality, you inspire your colleagues with exemplary behavior and contribute to a culture of opportunity and innovation
- A "can-do" and proactive attitude to solve complex problems with multiple stakeholders
- Passion to succeed and have an impact on the future growth of the Asian business
- Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
