Sales Support Officer (V.I.E) (M/F)

mission

Within our External Wealth Managers sales department:

• You will help grow the External Asset Managers business by enhancing the day-to-day operations of this function, which include managing relationships with our external partners, such as asset management firms, multi-family offices, and external insurers.
• You will support our External Wealth Managers with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring strict adherence to processes and procedures.
• You will assist with opening accounts and preparing financing proposals.

Profile Recherché

• Minimum level of education: Bac + 5 / M2 and above
• Education / Specialization: You hold a master’s degree from a business school or university (specializing in finance or banking)
• Minimum experience level: 0–2 years
• Experience: Ideally, you have some prior experience in private banking.

Desired Skills

• You demonstrate attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a basic understanding of financial markets and products.

Computer Tools and Languages

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and VBA).
• You are fluent in French and have a good command of English.
