- SAP Concur Travel and Expense Specialist (80-100%)
Tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance SAP Concur functionality to ensure data integrity, smooth service delivery and alignment with changing business needs
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize travel and expense processes, integrate SAP Concur with other systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience
- Develop, build and maintain a robust reporting and compliance framework within SAP Concur to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Lead or participate in technical projects related to travel and expenses, such as system upgrades, corporate credit card integration and local initiatives
- Manage and continuously improve the travel and expense ticketing system to ensure effective issue tracking and a well-maintained knowledge base
- Implementation of system improvements and enhancements to strengthen reporting, compliance and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and optimizing the SAP Concur travel and expense platform
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data management and process automation within SAP Concur and related tools
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical or systems-focused role within an international organization, ideally in a travel and expense service center or IT environment
- Deep understanding of travel and spend workflows, policies and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver effective solutions
- Very good written and oral English and German language skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric, autonomous and proactive approach to driving improvement
