SAP Developer (80–100%) (m/f/d)

Our team

We are seeking an experienced SAP developer to join our Application Development group and strengthen our SAP team. You are a results-oriented professional with expertise in the analysis and development of core SAP systems within an integrated system environment. You will contribute your expertise in the design, planning, and implementation of solutions to the maintenance of existing systems as well as to the design and development of new platforms and modules. In addition, you will impress our internal clients with your sustainable consulting approach and technical qualifications, and you will take ownership of the further development and design of your solutions.

The role

• Implementation of SAP projects as well as support and further development of existing solutions in the SAP system environment in all phases of software development
• Design, planning, and implementation of solutions for the maintenance of existing systems, as well as the design and development of new platforms and modules, in close collaboration with team members, IT architects, and our external service providers
• Assumption of the developer role in terms of solution and delivery responsibility
• Responsibility for the development of solutions in the area of SAP process orchestration and integration
• Participation in the transition to S/4 HANA, working in an agile environment, and playing an active role in on-call support

What we wish for

• Education in the field of business informatics or computer science as well as several years of professional experience in SAP development
• Experience in ABAP development for SAP FI/CO modules is required
• in-depth knowledge of SAP development environments (ABAP, ABAP OO) and SAP interfaces (SOAP, API)
• A solid understanding of business process models and system context in the SAP environment
• Competence in requirements analysis, the creation of concepts and specifications
• Workflow, workflow administration, initial and follow-up processing of tickets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a good command of English
