Schwarz und Wyss Customer Experience Change Digital Banking (m/f)
The position of Customer Experience Change Manager for Digital Banking at Schwarz and Wyss involves managing digital banking systems as well as coordinating change projects and security requirements.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the administration of digital systems (e.g., banking, mobile banking, customer terminals), including the migration of platforms and interface architectures.
- Management of solutions (e.g., core training, terminal software, banking, vulnerabilities, configuration, and other reference materials related to prevention and in-house solution development).
- Coordination of change projects and the Logic Board (process-oriented strategy planning, formulation, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements).
- Support for projects related to the
- An independent review involves the use of our solutions in digital banking, traditional banking, and mobile banking (including customer terminals) within a role that offers a high degree of autonomy (detailed job description available upon request—please specify this when applying).
- Contribute to the design of the end-to-end system architecture and to the conceptual oversight of processes (system-wide relevance)
- Practical experience working with software architecture, database and logic systems, mid-market companies, and banking automation of the architecture overview
- Coordination of change projects and security requirements in a bank-wide context
- Industry and Market Analysis of the IT Strategy at the Swiss Banking Association
