Scrum Master 100% (f/m/d)

The Scrum Master supports the development team in implementing Scrum principles and practices to deliver high quality products efficiently and promotes continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and private banking.

Job description

Tasks

  • Communicating highly technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Collaboration with teams to achieve goals, experience in agile methods such as Scrum and/or Extreme Programming
  • Preparation of documentation on user requirements, functional specifications and user manuals; coordination with users, internal teams and suppliers on project management, SIT, user training, UAT and production releases
  • Expertise in private banking
  • Stakeholder management and requirements management to ensure that there are no ambiguities in the requirements and impact analysis
  • Experience in the application of best practices such as TDD, CI/CD or DevOps
  • Change logs are properly documented and escalated to the responsible application owners and IT service management owners
  • Collaboration with the development and test teams for requirements clarification, functional solutions and data mapping

Client/stakeholder management (internal & external)

  • Stakeholder management - working closely with finance, business change engineers and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery
  • Analysis of requirements, estimation of effort, planning of time periods, management of progress
  • Ensuring awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders and participants by building strong teams and maintaining robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle
  • Managing and reviewing technical and architectural designs, enforcing architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Business Management

  • Planning rollout activities with the product owner and end users
  • Collaboration with product owners for stakeholder management and user training
  • Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and closely managed and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards

  • Self-motivated, highly motivated, hardworking and agile enough to work both independently and as a team player
  • Very high quality standards for the services delivered to the company and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities with business and IT stakeholders

Professional and technical

  • Experience in managing requirements analyses, impact analyses for large, complex projects
  • Strong computer science know-how (algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design)
  • Experience in SDLC and agile methodology (SAFe preferred)
