Julius Baer is looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Zurich to support Product Ownership and Agile scaling in the Project & Technology Services division. The position is temporary until 31.05.2026 with possible extension.

Tasks
- Support product ownership and stakeholder alignment to ensure clarity on priorities, dependencies and delivery expectations
- Contribute to Agile scaling efforts within the project and technology services area, participate in SAFe related activities such as PI planning when applicable
Requirements
- Recognized Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM); SAFe Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
- Solid experience as Scrum Master in (global) IT projects, preferably in a financial services environment, with specific experience in wealth management as a distinct advantage
- Expert level in JIRA and Confluence, including advanced configurations and reporting functions
- Fluent in English (professional speaking, writing and presentation skills), German is a strong asset
- Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Self-motivated with a hand-on mentality - able to work independently in a structured, compliance-conscious banking environment
