Julius Baer is looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Zurich to support the Agile Scaling team in the area of project and technology services. The position is limited until 31.05.2026 with possible extension.
Job description
Scrum Master 100% (m/f/d) (contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.05.2026 with possible extension)Tasks
- Support product ownership and stakeholder alignment to ensure clarity on priorities, dependencies and delivery expectations
- Contribute to Agile scaling efforts within Project and Technology Services, participate in SAFE related activities such as PI Planning when applicable
Requirements
- Recognized Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM); SAFe Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
- Solid experience as Scrum Master in (global) IT projects, preferably in a financial services environment, with specific experience in wealth management as a distinct advantage
- Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, including advanced configurations and reporting functions
- Fluent in English (professional speaking, writing and presentation skills), German is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
- Self-motivated with a hand-on mentality - able to work independently in a structured, compliance-conscious banking environment
