Job description
As a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, you are responsible for our team and support the implementation of agile principles. You teach agile principles in everyday life, moderate the ceremonies and provide support with methodological questions and ensure that the teams adhere to the delivery process.Your profile
- You have a higher education (e.g. BSc, UNI, FH) and at least two years of sound experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally in the SAFe environment
- You not only understand agile principles in theory, but can also apply them flexibly and appropriately in everyday life
- You think for yourself, question routines and drive change with common sense and tact
- You work in a self-organized, structured manner and can also find your way around more complex environments
- You have good communication skills in German and English
