Tasks

• Responsible for advising, mentoring, and coaching executives and teams as they adopt agile principles and work practices through collaboration, continuous improvement, learning, and trust.
• Implementation and technical expertise, as well as work on projects involving large, complex solutions.
• Creating and maintaining a relevant backlog.
• Experience applying best practices such as TDD, CI/CD, or DevOps.
• Change logs are properly documented and escalated to various Application Service Management Owners.
• Collaborate with the development and testing teams to clarify requirements and conduct functional tests (risk assessment).
• Leading system improvement efforts and conducting error analysis for projects. Communicating highly technical topics to a non-technical audience.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals. Experience working with methodologies such as Scrum and/or Extreme Programming.
• Preparation of documentation for user requirements specifications, functional specifications, and coordination; SIT; user training; UAT; and production releases.
• Expertise in private banking, stakeholder management, and requirements management to ensure there are no ambiguities and to conduct impact analyses.
• Stakeholder management (internal and external) – close collaboration with finance departments and business change managers to drive and manage IT delivery.
• Requirements analysis, effort estimation, scheduling, progress management.
• Ensure awareness, engagement, and support from key stakeholders; provide strong squads; and maintain robust communication regarding project status throughout the entire lifecycle. Drive and review technical and architectural designs; enforce architectural guidelines; and ensure standardization across business and IT.
• Rollout activities are planned in collaboration with the product owner and end users.
• Collaborate with product owners on stakeholder management and user training.

Requirements

• Scrum Master (Certified: CSM, PSF).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including technical writing skills.
• Self-motivated, highly motivated, hardworking, and agile enough to work both independently and as a team player.
• Very high quality standards for the services provided to businesses and end users, down to the smallest detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, concurrent priorities with stakeholders.
• At least approximately 5 years of experience as an IT delivery manager with a focus on banking design and technical expertise.
• Functional knowledge and experience in designing technical solutions.
• Preferably, experience working with large, complex matrix team structures.
• Proven experience in leading requirements analyses and impact analyses for large, complex projects.
• Strong computer science skills (algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design).
• Work experience with SDLC and agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
