Scrum Master Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (f/m/d)Tasks
- Shaping the future of our CRM solution for complex clients of Zürcher Kantonalbank and Swisscainto
- Close and active collaboration with the team's Product Owner (PO), the other teams in the ART, the line organization, and other stakeholders
- Addressing, mitigating, and tracking risks, obstacles, and challenges faced by the team
- Supporting transformation within the team and throughout the organization as a change agent
- Impetus for the further development of existing processes and promotion of a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Higher education in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or comparable education
- Completed continuing education courses in agile frameworks and methods (e.g., SAFe SM certification)
- Practical experience in a SAFe organization as a Scrum Master
- Enjoy coaching people, teams, and organizations
- Necessary moderation skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Empathetic, dependable, and team-oriented personality
