Tasks

• You will work closely and actively with the team's product owner (PO), the other teams in the ART, the line organization, and other stakeholders.
• Address, mitigate, and pursue risks, obstacles, and challenges faced by the team in a manner appropriate to the situation.
• In your role as a change agent, you support transformation within the team and throughout the organization, provide impetus for the further development of existing processes, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Higher education in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or comparable education
• Completed continuing education courses in agile frameworks and methods are an advantage (e.g., SAFe® SM certification).
• You have practical experience in a SAFe® organization as a Scrum Master.
• You enjoy coaching people, teams, and organizations, and you have the necessary facilitation skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• You are an empathetic, reliable and team-oriented person who puts mutual success above personal recognition
