Your tasks

• To contribute to the value stream
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, the team, RTE, the other Scrum Masters, the line organization, and other stakeholders
• Identifying, Mitigating, Monitoring, and Escalating Risks, Obstacles, and Challenging Situations
• Supporting Transformation in the Role of Change Agent
• Providing ideas for the further development of existing processes
• Promoting acceptance of agile work methods and agile

Your profile

• A completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational school) in business administration, (business) information technology, or a comparable program
• Initial experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe organization, ideally with relevant additional training (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master certification)
• Experience in the field of the digital workplace and with Microsoft 365 is a plus
• A passion for coaching people, teams, and organizations
• You impress others with your responsible, reliable, and empathetic nature
• Excellent German language skills and strong facilitation skills
