Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Zürcher Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced Scrum Master (80–100%) in Zurich who, as a change agent, will drive the agile transformation in the areas of the digital workplace and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate has SAFe experience, a college degree, and strong coaching and facilitation skills.
Your tasks
- To contribute to the value stream
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, the team, RTE, the other Scrum Masters, the line organization, and other stakeholders
- Identifying, Mitigating, Monitoring, and Escalating Risks, Obstacles, and Challenging Situations
- Supporting Transformation in the Role of Change Agent
- Providing ideas for the further development of existing processes
- Promoting acceptance of agile work methods and agile
Your profile
- A completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational school) in business administration, (business) information technology, or a comparable program
- Initial experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe organization, ideally with relevant additional training (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master certification)
- Experience in the field of the digital workplace and with Microsoft 365 is a plus
- A passion for coaching people, teams, and organizations
- You impress others with your responsible, reliable, and empathetic nature
- Excellent German language skills and strong facilitation skills
