The Scrum Master (m/f/d) supports agile teams at Julius Baer in Zurich to develop them into high-performing units and jointly shape the future of wealth management. The position is limited to 12 months with a possible extension.
Job description
Scrum Master 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)Tasks
- Takes intensive care of the teams and supports their growth and evolution into high-performance units
- Coaches and supports agile team members to grow and succeed
- Promotes an agile mindset
- Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
- Assists other team members with communication, coordination, collaboration and drives improvements in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
- Facilitates the rhythm, events and artifacts in the agile team
- Engages with the Product Owner to encourage and empower the agile team
- Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive OVS forward
