Professional and technical

• At least 10 years of experience as an IT delivery lead with a focus on the banking industry and sound technical knowledge
• Functional knowledge and experience in designing technical solutions for various front applications

Main tasks

• Propose innovative solutions that are scalable and do not entail any adaptations or risks (operational risk or delivery risk)
• Manage system improvements, defect analyses for projects
• Communicating highly technical problems to a non-technical audience
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals. Experience with agile methods such as Scrum and/or Extreme Programming
• Create documentation on user requirements, functional specifications and user manuals. Coordinate with users, internal teams and suppliers on project management, SIT, user training, UAT and production releases
• Expertise in private banking
• Stakeholder management and requirements management to ensure that there is no ambiguity about requirements and impact analysis
• Experience with best practices such as TDD, CI/CD or DevOps
• Properly document and escalate change logs to various application owners and IT service management owners
• Work with the development and test teams for requirements clarification, functional solution and data mapping

Client/stakeholder management (internal & external)

• Stakeholder management - working closely with finance, business change engineers and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery
• Analyze requirements, estimate effort, create schedule, manage progress
• Ensure key stakeholders and participants are informed and engaged by building strong teams and maintaining robust communication on project status throughout its lifecycle
• Managing and reviewing technical and architectural designs, enforcing architectural guidelines and challenging the status quo

Management

• Plan roll-out activities with the product owner and end users
• Collaborate with product owners for stakeholder management and user training
