Securities Lending Sales Specialist

Job description

The role of Securities Lending Sales Specialist involves promoting and supporting the bank’s securities lending business, working closely with colleagues in the Securities Lending Sales & Trading division in Zurich, having detailed knowledge of securities lending processes, and a good understanding of the business in Asia and the Middle East.

Tasks

The tasks include:

• Promotion and Support of Banking Activities in the Securities Lending Sector
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the Securities Lending Sales & Trading division in Zurich
• Regular dialogue with frontline representatives to understand customer needs and requirements
• Supporting the team in promoting structured products

• Client Management (internal and external): Advising clients on securities lending; developing and maintaining relationships with front-office staff and clients

Requirements

The requirements include:

• 7 or more years of experience in private banking, particularly in securities lending
• Understanding of how custody services work, particularly with regard to processes and design architecture
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of electronic pricing tools and retail systems
• MAS-licensed representative, CACS 1 & 2, FRM®, RES 12B, CM-SIP, and CM-SIP or CM-CMP
