Securities Operations Specialist (m/f)
Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for an experienced Securities Operations Specialist for its securities/reconciliation team in the back office, who will be responsible for the processing of securities, settlements, reconciliation and tax operations. The position offers a varied role with excellent development opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Job description
Tasks
- Execution of securities processing and settlements
- Management of derivative transactions (cash collaterals)
- Assumption of reconciliation of cash, securities and other financial transactions
- Settlement of money market and foreign exchange transactions
- Support in payment transactions, especially in the event of staff shortages
- Responsibility for tax operations, including QI, MicaDiv, tax returns and tax deductions
- Collaboration in projects for process optimization and development
- Administrative tasks
Requirements
- Very good operational experience in the specialist areas of securities processing, reconciliation and tax operations
- Knowledge of derivative transactions and their management
- Experience with money market and foreign exchange settlements
- Knowledge of operational payment transactions
- Good knowledge of Finusa or the areas to familiarize yourself with the system
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
