Job Description

As Vice President, Client Service in Securities Services, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for leading asset managers and high-net-worth individuals. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver world-class solutions, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence and client focus.

Tasks

- Independently manage the entire client service process, including the design, measurement, and monitoring of service levels and performance indicators - Handle client inquiries and escalated issues, collaborating with various departments to find solutions - Leading the preparation, organization, and execution of monthly client service reviews and strategic meetings - Developing and implementing improvement plans in partnership with internal stakeholders - Identifying and promoting opportunities to increase efficiency and minimize risk by improving the operating model and driving process improvements - Ensuring accurate and timely billing and payment processing for all products - Representing client interests within the company, incorporating client issues, priorities, and goals into the planning and implementation of Securities Services - Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with senior client stakeholders - Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and client focus within the team - Contributing to comprehensive strategic initiatives and change programs that enhance the client service offering

Requirements

- Product and industry experience in financial services, with in-depth knowledge of securities services products, including custody, fund management, and administration - Proven experience independently managing senior client relationships - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior audiences and simplify complex topics - Fluency in German and English - Proven ability to take ownership of results, see initiatives through to completion, and hold others accountable - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in solving complex problems - Proven ability to simultaneously manage competing priorities, multiple client relationships, and complex workflows - Strategic mindset, ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Proactive approach to identifying and improving suboptimal or high-risk processes - Strong understanding of global and local market dynamics, regulatory developments, and industry trends - Risk and control awareness, ability to integrate governance and oversight into client service delivery - Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; comfortable using LLM/AI capabilities

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory landscape and FCP funds - In-depth understanding of the roles involved in FCP funds, such as fund management companies, fund administrators, investment managers, and service providers - Experience leading or participating in change and transformation programs - Knowledge of French is a plus - Experience with strategic client initiatives and change management - Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
