Securities Transfer Specialist

Tasks

• A high level of expertise and experience in the areas of settlement, execution, and the international securities settlement process
• Managing and leading a team responsible for the core banking system; ensuring the project stays on schedule; meeting all established deadlines and achieving precise execution
• Monitoring and proposing necessary improvements to processes, controls, operations, and reporting
• Preparation of reports and ad hoc data analyses
• Review of all standard terms and conditions, policies, and procedures, and/or process optimization related to the business and markets
• Support in collaborating with customers or partners who are responsible for the system
• Impact as a Business Owner on All Business Process Requirements
• Demonstrating appropriate values and behaviors, including the highest standards of honesty and integrity, fairness toward customers (Treating Customers Fairly), and compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborating with the relevant teams to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people at various levels

• Candidate with relevant experience in securities transfer and SWIFT (MT Sxx) knowledge of securities settlement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team player
