Alantra is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / VP for Securitization in Madrid who has strong analytical skills and experience in various types of securitizations. The candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English and be able to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Tasks
- Leading analytical skills as a credit portfolio advisor
- Experience in all types of securitizations and synthetic backed securities
- Commitment to the team and relevant projects
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Mother tongue Spanish
- English as a second language with fluency in speaking and writing
- Strong communication skills
- Base in Madrid
- Experience in synthetic, major and all types of securitizations
- Fluent knowledge of securitization regulation
- Focus on the Iberian market, but also ability to cover other countries
- 4-6 years of experience in the industry
- Strong and independent modeling skills: Python modeling a plus
- Good relationship with rating agencies
- Ability to read legal documentation independently
- Valuation skills required
- Strong interest in the FIG sector
- Cooperative and with strong teamwork skills
