Your role

As a Security Engineer, you are responsible for implementing and managing technical security controls in various applications and system environments, including networks, middleware, software solutions, encryption, and data protection.

Tasks

• Implementation and management of IT security controls in applications and systems
• Monitoring of operational management and ownership of IT security areas
• Contribution to the development and refinement of security guidelines
• Technical expertise to support project objectives
• Collaborating with project teams to design, develop, test, and deliver secure software solutions
• Troubleshooting and debugging security-related issues

Your expertise

• Cloud security, especially Azure
• Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
• Monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus)
• Database management (e.g., MongoDB)
• Linux system administration
• Cybersecurity best practices
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Automation services (scripting)

Desired certifications

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Certified Information Security Manager
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
