Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Tasks

• You develop and maintain policies, standards, and tools that establish the framework for information security.
• You will work alongside subject matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement security requirements in projects and day-to-day operations.
• You analyze, assess, and prioritize risks and assign them to the appropriate measures.
• You identify technical vulnerabilities and risks and communicate them clearly to various audiences.
• You will assist with internal IT security audits and help track the implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements

• You are already familiar with common security standards and frameworks such as NIST or PCI DSS, or you are eager to quickly learn more about them.
• You are able to organize both regulatory and technical topics clearly and explain them in an understandable way.
• You work independently, think in terms of solutions, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
• You enjoy working with different teams and remain calm and organized even when multiple projects are underway at the same time.
• You are fluent in German and English (at least B2 level; C1 preferred).
• You have (or meet the requirements for) the necessary work permits or meet the requirements to work in Switzerland.
