As a Platform Sales Manager on the Securities Services team, you will engage in strategic dialogues with key clients and prospects, drive business development, and expand our presence in Switzerland. You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with colleagues across the region to deliver solutions. Your role will enable you to build trusting relationships, act as a commercial and strategic advisor, and contribute to the growth of one of J.P. Morgan’s priority markets.Job responsibilities
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and prospects. * Drive client and prospect engagement based on the J.P. Morgan value proposition. * Lead business development activities and ensure involvement in new business opportunities. * Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients. * Developing a deep understanding of client needs, decision-makers, and investment strategies. * Acting as a commercial and strategic leader for existing clients to increase revenue share. * Implementing long-term client plans to drive business growth and profitability. * Collaborating with internal partners to deliver tailored product solutions. * Managing acquisition and client tender processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders. * Representing J.P. Morgan at industry events, conferences, and as a thought leader. * Ensuring compliance with risk management, KYC, AML, and legal requirements.Requirements
* Proven track record in business development and sales within the Swiss financial industry. * Experience managing institutional client relationships and driving profitability. * Strong relationship-building and business development skills. * Knowledge of securities services products (e.g., global custody, fund administration, securities lending, foreign exchange, and cash management). * High level of proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written). * Excellent communication, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Project management skills and attention to detail. * University degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, political science, law, or engineering.Preferred qualifications
* A trusted network among decision-makers in the Swiss financial sector. * Experience in asset servicing, asset management, or capital markets with a focus on institutional clients. * Knowledge of investment law or specific areas of asset servicing (accounting, custody, administration). * Professional certifications such as CFA or CIA. * An energetic, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong commercial mindset. * International mindset with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. * Experience collaborating across teams and jurisdictions.We offer
