As a Platform Sales Manager in the Securities Services team, you will engage in strategic dialogues with key clients and prospects to drive business growth and expand our offering in Switzerland. You will be part of a collaborative team and work closely with colleagues across the region to deliver value and innovative solutions. Your role will enable you to build trusted relationships, act as a commercial and strategic advisor, and contribute to the growth of one of J.P. Morgan's priority markets.Tasks
- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with customers and prospects.
- Managing customer and prospect loyalty based on J.P. Morgan's value proposition.
- Managing acquisition activities and ensuring inclusion in new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to attract new customers.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, decision makers, and investment strategies.
- Acting as commercial and strategic leader for existing customers to increase revenue share.
- Implementing long-term customer plans to increase business growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with internal partners to deliver customized product solutions.
- Management of prospective customer and customer offers, coordination of internal stakeholders.
- Representing J.P. Morgan at industry events, conferences, and as a thought leader.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management, KYC/AML, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development and sales in the Swiss financial sector.
- Experience in managing institutional client relationships and profitability.
- Strong relationship and business development skills.
- Working knowledge of securities services products (e.g., global custody, fund administration, securities lending, foreign exchange and cash management).
- High level of proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- University degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, political science, law, or engineering.
Preferred qualifications
- Trusted network among decision-makers in the Swiss financial sector.
- Experience in asset servicing, asset management, or capital market business with a focus on institutional clients.
- Knowledge of investment law or specific asset servicing areas (accounting, custody, performance).
- Completion of professional exams such as CFA or CIA.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial perspective.
- International thinking with a strong sense of diversity and inclusion.
- Experience in collaborating across teams and regions
