Segment Manager with a focus on corporate customers (m/f/d)

Zurich Cantonal Bank is looking for a segment manager with a focus on corporate clients to help shape the future of sales and customer experience. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team and take on responsibility for the further development and transformation of the corporate client segments.

Tasks

As a Segment Manager focusing on corporate clients, you will become part of a dynamic and diverse segment management team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive environments to identify innovative approaches and growth opportunities
  • Developing forward-looking target visions for corporate banking – from direct banking to branch support
  • Implementing strategic directions and actively shaping the transformation
  • Participation in product development and coordination of interfaces between product, channel, sales management, and distribution
  • Developing and optimizing target group-specific offerings and processes to strengthen competitiveness in the corporate customer segment
  • Support the continuous optimization of resource utilization in order to increase sales performance, penetration rates, and systematic customer development through efficient organizational structures and processes.
  • Taking responsibility in cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives forward

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills for solving complex challenges
  • Comprehensive expertise in payment transactions, financing, investment products, and pension solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to act effectively as a central interface between different departments
  • High assertiveness and negotiation skills, even in demanding project situations
  • Extensive network within the financial sector and, ideally, in the relevant customer segments
