Segment and Sales Manager

Schwyzer Kantonalbank is seeking a committed and sales-oriented individual to serve as Segment and Sales Manager, with a view to shaping the further development and implementation of the sales strategy. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting market development, and will shape the bank's market presence.

Tasks

You will manage and/or work on (strategic) projects for the implementation and further development of the sales strategy. You will plan, design, and implement market development measures. You will work closely with sales managers and support functions such as product management, marketing & communications, and data management.

Requirements

  • Expertise and passion for the design and further development of bank sales
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies and support distributors in their implementation
