Segment Manager Private & Corporate Clients

The position of Segment Manager Private & Corporate Clients at Zuger Kantonalbank includes the coordination of processes, projects and topics in the areas of service, customer and corporate processes as well as the analysis and representation of the department in internal committees. The job holder will work closely with the department management and other areas to implement strategic projects and optimize internal processes.

Your tasks

  • Close cooperation with the departmental management of the Private Clients and Corporate Clients divisions as well as directly subordinate employees
  • Coordination of processes and operational measures in close cooperation with the department and division heads
  • Coordinating internal projects and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines such as budgets, processes, quality standards, directives and competence regulations
  • Support in the optimization of internal processes and the smooth implementation of new tools
  • Coordination of topics in the areas of service, customer and company processes with a focus on the successful and timely implementation of strategic projects
  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of activities and measures to optimize the department's processes and procedures
  • Analysis and active representation of the department in internal committees

Our requirements

  • Completed higher education (e.g. HWV, HMU, university)
  • 2-3 years of experience in the banking/financial services sector and a keen interest in the financial market and the investment area of private and corporate clients
  • Controller and/or experience in innovation management or a comparable field
  • Very good application knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with excellent communication skills, professional appearance and entrepreneurial thinking/placement
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
