Your tasks

• Responsibility for strategic change initiatives aimed at the continuous development of the Private Banking segment
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects and specific activities in collaboration with operational and partner organizations
• Optimizing internal processes and tools, and ensuring their successful implementation
• Spann-Polter of Landes Private Banking in the Offer and Advance Sales Offer Regarding the Development of Reporting
• Business-related continuing education on cross-functional tools and structures within a strategic network and market context
• Conducting market research (customer groups, products, customer locations, and internal departments)
• Industry Knowledge and Requirements Analysis
• Prepare customized proposals for the private banking sector
• Members of the Private Banking Team Leadership Group and dedicated collaboration within the leadership team

Our requirements

• Completed higher education or continuing education (HPI, FH, UNI)
• Excellent knowledge of the financial market and a strong interest in the private banking sector
• A strong customer-oriented mindset and the ability to lead teams with high motivation and a strong sense of personal responsibility
• A wide range of social skills, including the ability to mediate effectively across hierarchical levels and organizational resources
• A structured, precise, and professional work style that meets the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency
