Job description: Segment Manager, Private Banking

Your tasks

• Driving forward strategic change topics for the continuous development of the Private Banking segment
• Initiating and coordinating strategic projects and operational activities in collaboration with departments and group companies
• Optimizing internal processes and tools and ensuring successful implementation
• Central interface to the areas of project management, implementation of change processes, and value-oriented management of the private banking division in internal committees
• Creating professional presentations for internal and external audiences
• Conducting market observations (competition, products, customer behavior) and preparing analyses and reports
• Developing sound decision-making bases for the private banking sector

Our requirements

• Completed higher education or further training (HF, PH, university)
• Good knowledge of the financial market and keen interest in private banking
• Experience in project and/or process management
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Trustworthy, open personality with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Solid IT skills and good English skills
• Strong identification with our values and our understanding of leadership
• Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
