Private Banking Segment Manager
The position as Segment Manager Private Banking at Zuger Kantonalbank involves the strategic development of the segment, initiating and coordinating projects, and optimizing internal processes. Your tasks
- Driving forward strategic change topics for the continuous development of the Private Banking segment
- Initiating and coordinating strategic projects and operational activities in collaboration with departments and functions
- Optimizing internal processes and tools and ensuring successful implementation
- Central interface to the areas of project management, implementation planning, and marketing of the private banking competence segment within internal circles
- Creating professional presentations for internal and external audiences
- Conducting market observations (economic situation, products, customer behavior) and creating long-term strategy and action plans
Our requirements
- Completed higher education (HF, PH, university)
- Good knowledge of the financial market and keen interest in private banking
- Experience in project and/or process management
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Trustworthy, open personality with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid IT skills and good Excel skills
