Senior Accountant - Banking Operations and Credit Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

As an experienced bank accountant, you will play a key role within financial accounting by covering accounting activities for lending, banking (including customer corporate actions), and cash operations. As a trusted professional, you will manage daily accounting tasks and be actively involved in continuous development. - Collaboration in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss banking GAAP (RVI) - Provide expert support for internal and external audits and reconciliations between financial systems and core banking platforms - Work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments such as Group Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, and Payroll - Participate in the testing, implementation, and rollout of new functionalities in SAP and core banking systems - Support in ensuring data quality and the further development of internal controls, analysis, specification, and optimization of existing processes - Training of employees and creation of user documentation (primarily in English) - Support of individual locations worldwide from a financial accounting perspective - Ensuring consistent compliance with internal control systems

Requirements

- Completed training in finance or business administration with further training in accounting (e.g., professional certificate in finance and accounting, bachelor's/master's degree in accounting or banking and finance) - Several years of professional experience in bank accounting, preferably in the areas of lending, banking transactions, or corporate actions - Experience with T24 or comparable core banking systems required - Good knowledge of banking products, especially in the area of lending - Good understanding of IFRS and Swiss banking GAAP (RVI) is an advantage
