• Contract with an external payroll partner, effective immediately through December 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension

Your challenge

• Management of requirements definition, target state design, and delivery coordination across all business streams and FX workflows
• Supporting the migration of the Frankfurt Execution Desk to the target EMS and defining the future operating model
• Ensuring alignment between business, technology, operations, and local platform teams
• Coordination of end-to-end system integration, testing, migration planning, operations, and business adoption activities across Execution and FX capabilities
• Ensuring successful delivery through proactive management of dependencies, risks, schedules, and expectations

Your profile

• Extensive experience in implementing transformation initiatives in the areas of trading, execution, FX, capital markets, and/or payments in private banking, wealth management, or financial services
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end system integrations and targeted operational improvements in complex financial services environments
• Strong technical expertise in the FIX protocol
• Strong analytical, technical, and business expertise, combined with exceptional problem-solving skills, to translate business requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build bridges between executive leadership, business, technology, operations, control functions, external suppliers, and senior management
