Job description

Tasks and area of responsibility

• Operation, monitoring and technical parameterization of the various applications assigned to you (Finnova, mamut LION, common content management systems)
• 1st and 2nd level support for incidents and change requests (deputy)
• Needs assessment with key interest groups such as managers, end users and external providers (such as fintechs)
• Coordination of improvement and automation measures in the area of payment transactions and securities processing
• Carrying out tests and ensuring proper functioning in accordance with requirements
• Implementation of internal user training in the area of responsible applications
• Determining the priority for the implementation of business requirements in consultation with the business units
• Collaboration in projects

Requirements

• Trustworthy and solution-oriented personality with an affinity for IT
• Basic commercial training in the financial sector with appropriate further training in business information, finance, business administration or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the field of "Application Management"
• Knowledge of business analysis and of the Finnova banking system or banking in general is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, quick comprehension and a structured and thoughtful approach
