Tasks and area of responsibility
- Betrieb, Monitoring und technische Parametrisierung der verschiedenen Ihnen zugeteilten Applikationen (Finna, mamut LION, gängige Content Management Systeme)
- 1st and 2nd Level Support bei Incidents und Change Requests (Stellvertretung)
- Needs assessment with key interest groups such as managers, end users and external providers (such as fintechs)
- Coordination of improvement and automation measures in the area of payment transactions and securities processing
- Carrying out tests and ensuring proper functioning in accordance with requirements
- Durchführung von internen Anwenderschulungen im Bereich der verantworteten Applikationen
- Determining the priority for the implementation of business requirements in consultation with the business units
- Collaboration in projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in the field of "Application Management"
- Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse und über das Finna Bankensystem oder Banking im Allgemeinen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein strukturelles und überlegtes Vorgehen
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
