Senior Application Manager Digital Banking
Tasks
- You are actively involved in strategic digital banking projects
- With your technical expertise, you will ensure stable operation and drive forward further development
- You take over 2nd level support for incidents and support our 1st level support with technical questions
- You are responsible for and coordinate release planning including testing
- You conduct training courses for customer advisors in your application area
Requirements
- Completed training at higher technical college or university level - ideally in computer science or business informatics
- Knowledge of the Finna/va Core Banking Platform, especially in the area of digital banking is an advantage
- A strong technical understanding of the interaction between different systems and applications
- Several years of experience in application management, business analysis or process management
- Strong communication skills, quality awareness and a customer and service-oriented attitude
- Enjoy teamwork and an open, solution-oriented attitude towards change
