Senior Application Developer with a focus on project management (80% - 100%)

Your contribution:

* IT project management of a challenging development project for processing extensive, granular economic data; * Design and agile development of a powerful data infrastructure with Java-based applications. Management of the project team and close collaboration with subject matter experts; * Responsibility for the operation and maintenance of these innovative and powerful applications; * Support for skilled users in the specialist departments in the use of our applications in demanding specialist processes; * Continuous improvement of our development tools and automated test and build processes.

Your knowledge and experience:

* University degree in computer science (master's or doctorate) with a focus on software engineering; * Proven, several years of experience in project management of IT projects with demanding stakeholders; * Experience in developing data-driven applications in Java/Spring Boot/SQL with web front ends (Angular/TypeScript or Vaadin). You have high quality in software design; * Conceptual and systematic approach, coupled with a strong focus on implementation; ability to present complex issues in a clear and target group-oriented manner; * Strong ability and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with a broad and demanding range of tasks and to take on responsibility; * Very good written and spoken German, good French and English skills.
