Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Job description

The Man Varon department is seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to support a newly created role within investment operations and lead fund financing strategies.

Tasks and responsibilities

* Direct operational support, oversight, and expertise for Man Varon's fund financing strategies, including the use of mobile market CLOs, ABS, and other structured financing solutions * Oversight of CLO and warehouse facility compliance reporting * Management of key monthly and quarterly reporting obligations, such as trustee reports, payment data reports, borrowing base reports, etc. * Assisting in the development of Man Varon's operational data strategy and identifying inefficient processes * Improving internal controls, processes, data capture in VSO and WIP, and operational controls * Playing a key role in the design and implementation of CLO/vault technology

Requirements

* 2-5 years of experience in CLO or other operational structured finance areas * Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization an advantage) * Knowledge of VWF and WSO * Comfortable working with large amounts of data * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong project management skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
